Kingsley Harmer began his extensive career in the finance and real estate industry at the age 20 and has not looked back since. After a long spell in Los Angeles, Kingsley currently lives with his high school sweetheart in Central Pennsylvania. They both follow the KETO diet and share a passion for healthy eating and cooking.
