Kimberly Katz graduated from University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine. After graduating, she spent several years working in large academic medical institutions as a senior staff technologist and educator. In her role as a health care professional, Kim learned the importance of attention to detail, following processes to ensure a successful outcome for her patients, and that each patient is a person with different needs and concerns. She worked successfully in medicine for many years before deciding to make a career change to purse her passion in real estate as a Mortgage Banker.

Kim brings her attention to detail and organizational skills to The Federal Savings Bank. She utilizes her skills to help her clients achieve the dream of homeownership. Kim knows that each of her clients are different, and works hard to help identify their immediate and long term financial goals. She relies on this understanding of their needs to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. Kim strives to provide a seamless loan process that is driven by strong customer service to all her clients.

Kim resides in Oak Park, Illinois with her husband Doug, and their three children. When she is not attending her kid’s extracurricular activity events, she is busy training for Ironman triathlons, which comically, keep her sane. Kim also enjoys spending time with her family at their house in Union Pier, Michigan and taking care of their three rescue dogs who are now all seniors and full of love.
