Kim Hollins was born and raised in Odessa, Missouri. She earned her undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in Sports Business Management, both from Central Missouri State University. She later earned her MBA from Boston College. She has spent her extensive career as a Senior Mortgage Loan Consultant working with clients and helping them determine the best program to fit their mortgage, as well as well as their financial, needs and goals.
With over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Kim is very knowledgeable of all available programs! She joined The Federal Savings Bank because she wanted to get back to what she enjoys most, and that is helping families achieve their American dream of homeownership! She wants every client to feel as if they come first. Being able to build strong client relationships is what she strives for in every situation. Kim firmly believes that educating her clients throughout the entire loan process and being a true advocate for them, leaves a great lasting impression! Her motto is: “no stress, you’re working with the best!” and will ensure that you receive the highest level of guidance and customer service as you pursue one of the biggest financial decisions of your lifetime.
Kim resides in Blue Springs, MO. She has 2 amazing French Bulldogs and a Pug! Outside of work she enjoys fishing, Chiefs football, IU men’s basketball, and spending time with her family and friends.
