Kerry Patton has always had a great passion for helping people. He soon realized he enjoyed doing the same for any customer or client he helped throughout his career. He believes that when it comes to business, it is about the relationship, not just the transaction. Kerry is eager to bring that same mentality to his new role here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Kerry joins us here at the Bank with over 20+ years of industry experience. He has a great deal of knowledge of mortgage financing including conforming, jumbo and non-conforming loan products, as well as government loan products like FHA, VA and USDA products. Kerry treats each client’s financial objectives with a great deal of dedication and professionalism. This becomes quickly apparent to anybody he works with as he leaves no stone unturned in his attempts to help his customers achieve their homeownership goals.
In his free time, Kerry enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends. He also helps run a non-profit called “Children without Beds”, which provides beds to children and families in need.
