Keith Templeton began his mortgage career in 2002 in St. Louis and has become an experienced solutions-oriented mortgage professional. He spent several years as a loan officer and regional lending manager, helping borrowers with debt consolidation and retirement planning in conjunction with a group of financial planners.
With over fifteen years in retail, non-profit and wholesale mortgage lending experience, Keith has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Keith prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives.
Keith and his family moved from Missouri to the Northern Colorado Front range almost two years ago. Keith is very involved in his church and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping build houses in the Fort Collins area. They enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and exploring all of the cool little towns in Colorado and Wyoming.
