Keisha Hickey attended North Carolina A&T State University, in Greensboro, NC where she studied Communications, as well as Strayer University with studies in Business Administration. Keisha has been able to apply this knowledge and the skills learned to her successful career in Financial Services, where she has over 17 years of experience in.

Before joining The Federal Savings Bank, Keisha acquired experience in the mortgage industry in areas that include regulatory compliance, risk management, and project management. Keisha uses her wide variety of skills and knowledge to help each one of her clients identify the best possible loan product for their financial situation and goals. Keisha also makes sure to get to know her clients as best as she can, in order to best understand them and their financial objectives. Keisha does everything in her power to give her customers a superior experience while working with her.

Keisha has always had a passion for helping others and is excited to engage with the community on behalf of The Federal Savings Bank.
