Karla Davis attended the University of New Hampshire as a mathematics major with a minor in computer science. She then worked in technology sales as a national accounts manager for software application sales for 19 years and, on the side, opened and operated a coffee shop on the lake until she moved to Virginia.
Becoming a mom encouraged Karla to change gears and over the last 16 years, she has been dedicated to helping first time home buyers find their first home, and seasoned buyers and investors find which mortgage products most benefit their objectives. As a mortgage consultant, Karla has helped countless families, friends and investors grow their equity portfolio’s by ensuring they were in the most financially beneficial product. She ensures anyone she has the opportunity to work with that they are in the hands of a caring and successful professional.
Karla was born and raised in New Hampshire, and she currently resides with her husband and son in Lake Anna, Virginia. When she isn’t working, she enjoys finding the “best” restaurants, wakeboarding, and enjoying as many boat cruises and firepits as the weather permits with her neighbors and community.
