Julie Pham is originally from Orange County, California. Julie has always enjoyed helping other when she can. She realized early in her life that she could help others achieve a lifelong dream for a career, and that dream being homeownership. Julie joined the mortgage industry soon thereafter and has not looked back since.
Julie comes to The Federal Savings Bank with over 25 years of industry experience. Throughout her time in the industry, she has gained an incredible amount of knowledge from all different angles of the industry, ranging from investor relations to record management, and from underwriting to processing. Julie knows this industry and process better than most, and she credits her success to her knowledge of current products and guidelines. Her goal with every client is to educate them on the process and available products as much as possible, and to provide them with respectable and efficient service. Julie is truly ecstatic every time she gets to assist and educate a new client.
Julie still resides in the Orange County area. She has three children and two dogs who she loves spending time with. Family is important to Julie, so she makes time for family as much as she can. Outside of that, you can find Julie getting outside anyway she can! This includes hiking, traveling, or even peaceful garden work.
