Josiah Richard was born and raised in Petaluma, California. At age 17, he enlisted in the Navy and served 6 years as an Air Crewmen/Rescue Swimmer. Josiah completed his undergraduate education at Penn State while working full-time in sales. He has had a passion for real estate and finance since age 15 and, through his time in sales and real estate, has used this passion to help thousands of people with their financing. Josiah is eager to continue to help others establish generational wealth through their real estate purchases.

Since 2016, Josiah has worked in the financing industry. He has specialized in home purchasing for the last two years. As a veteran, VA lending is a top priority for Josiah.  He is committed to helping veterans achieve the dream of home ownership while providing the best service. Josiah uses his work ethic and passion to ensure no questions or concern goes unanswered, and he is beyond ecstatic to get to work here at The Federal Savings Bank.

Josiah currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. Josiah and his wife, Karley, spend their time training in the sport of powerlifting and enjoy exploring local food joints. They also enjoy hiking and playing pickleball on the weekends. He and his wife have three pets: Luna (a white lab mix), Freddie (a French Bulldog), and Buffy (a black cat). On a rainy day, you may find Josiah enjoying time playing Call of Duty or reading a book.
