John Dale is the Senior Vice President of the Advisory Channel at the Federal Savings Bank. John oversees an accomplished team of professionals with expertise in the banking, insurance, and financial planning disciplines. As an integrated business to business unit of the Federal Savings Bank, the team’s business is developing fiduciary specific tools and programs that increases our partners’ revenue. Their primary clients are national and regional insurance agencies, and their agents.
John is a graduate from the University of Dayton with a degree in International Business. Prior to beginning his banking career, John developed and managed regional sales channels for two Fortune 500 technology firms and built and presided over three technology start-up companies. John has held positions of responsibility, primarily in the areas of business development, strategic alliance creation and sales management. He possesses deep knowledge of IT Infrastructure, computer hardware and software, financial services, and manufacturing.
After a successful run in the technology space, John decided to set his focus on banking, the needs of Americas aging population, and the financial options available once retired. The path became crystal clear. John quickly became expert in retirement planning and for the past 20 years, has been focused on responsibly repositioning equity to enhance a person’s retirement.
John currently calls Venice Florida home and is accompanied by Bea, his amazing wife and partner, his three kids, and a dog named Buddy. In 2020, one year after moving to Venice, John and Bea created a Vodka brand, crafted a distillery, began a distribution company, and started selling and distributing Shark Tooth Vodka throughout Florida. John and Bea are actively involved in their local community and many local humanitarian-based charities.
John has traveled extensively throughout Europe and has been fortunate to play in other cool places like Australia, China, Puerto Rico, and Japan to name a few. Being an avid diver and photographer, John prefers warmer climates and can be caught running around Venice in his Shark Tooth T-Shirt, Tommy Bahama shorts and a pair of T-Strap flip flops!
