John graduated from Wesleyan University in South Dakota with a degree in business administration and finance. He now has 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry in mortgage origination, processing, closing and underwriting. Now, he specializes in construction to perm financing, first time home buyer programs, down payment assistance programs, along with FHA and VA loans. John is passionate about the mortgage business because helping people buy homes is very rewarding.

He relies on his vast experience to help his clients achieve the dream of homeownership. John knows and understands that each of his clients are different, and he works hard to help identify their immediate and long term financial goals. He relies on this knowledge and his strong attention to detail to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. John strives to provide a seamless loan process that is driven by strong customer service to all of his clients.

Outside of work, John has a passion for outdoor activities including boating, golfing, and football. He also enjoys spending time with his family. To give back to his community, John volunteers with children as a coach at Pop Warner Football.
