Joe Mincey began his career in the consumer finance/mortgage industry in 1985, after completing his service as a Military Policeman in the US Army. He quickly proved himself in the industry as a results-driven client advocate and was promoted to and served in several management positions mentoring and developing loan officers. He’s worked for banks and mortgage companies and has experience with all sorts of borrowers.
For the past 30 years, Joe has been assisting borrowers with their home purchases and refinances. He specializes in conventional refinances and government loans. Joe’s goal is to make the mortgage experience as easy as possible by educating each borrower on the products, loan options and mortgage process. Joe chose The Federal Savings Bank because it allows him to offer a wide array of products and rates to his clients.
Joe spends most of his free time with his wife and two children. He is a big sports fan, supporting the Atlanta Braves and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
