Jason has over 25 years of residential and commercial lending experience. After studying Economics in his native New York, Jason embarked on his journey to assist Americans in achieving their dream of homeownership. His unique and diverse skillset compliments the Bank with expertise in all areas of mortgage banking. Jason holds a Direct Endorsement (DE) from the Federal Housing Administration further certifying his expertise in credit underwriting along with his seasoned experience in secondary markets, regulatory compliance, sales, and senior management.

Jason’s primary responsibilities include managing a team focused on the expansion and oversight of affinity relationships for The Federal Savings Bank which include organizations such as Columbia University, The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (CBP), the New York Police Department (NYPD), The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), The San Diego Police Department, and many others. In addition to managing these relationships, he teaches homeownership seminars for the NYPD with his professional colleagues from the Federal Housing Administration, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and the Department of Housing Preservation and Development for the City of New York. He also teaches continuing education classes to real estate and mortgage professionals.

Jason speaks fluent Spanish and is passionate about expanding The Federal Savings Bank’s Spanish speaking lending platform in order to support the needs of the ever growing Latin American community throughout the United States. The combination of his years of experience and bi-lingual ability has helped him close thousands of loans over the years. Jason’s wife, a native of Central America, as well as all seven of his children speak Spanish fluently.

When away from work, Jason gives back to the industry and his community, and has taken an active role in raising funds for many worthwhile causes.
