As a retired Chief Master Sergeant with a distinguished 29-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Jason Oldenburg brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Mortgage Banker at The Federal Savings Bank. He began his military career as a medic, but later held various senior positions, including First Sergeant, Superintendent and Chief of the Medical Enlisted Force for Europe and Africa. He graduated with a bachelor’s in health care management and has attended many leadership-focused courses. Having grown up in Oregon, Jason has lived in Montana, Nevada, Washington, Oklahoma, California, Virginia, England and Germany. He is committed to supporting individuals and families during life’s transitions—an ethos he carries into his daily work.
Throughout his life Jason has purchased several homes, gaining firsthand experience from a buyer’s vantage point. This personal experience, coupled with his time as a certified life insurance salesman, gives him a unique perspective on the challenges families face when navigating financial decisions. As a First Sergeant, Jason dedicated himself to supporting airmen and their families through deployments, financial difficulties, and unexpected life challenges.
