Jim Fox graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a degree in Public Administration. He began his mortgage industry career in 1990 as a Loan Officer. Jim worked in that role for 5 years before being promoted to a Regional Sales Manager, a position he held for 15 years. While growing his mortgage career, he started a second career in the building industry and began building houses in the late 1990s. Jim built many homes in Western Maine, including cabins and vacation homes in the Rangeley Lakes Region area. He also worked for a modular home builder for several years. Jim now brings his years of experience to The Federal Savings Bank.

Jim finds his experience in both lending and home building gives him a great two-sided vantage point for his clients. He enjoys help clients navigate the mortgage process whether they’re a first-time home buyer or seasoned homeowner. Jim plays an integral part in the mortgage process for his clients, by listening to their financial goals he finds the best mortgage product available to meets their needs, budget and dreams. He prides himself in being able to find a solution in even the most complicated deals. Because of his diverse background, problem solving skills and commitment to excellence, Jude ensures his clients receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.

Jim resides in Harpswell, Maine, and has two sons. He is a big-time sports fan and has passed this passion onto his sons. In his free time, Jim enjoys watching them play high school football and baseball. When away from work and not attending games, he and his sons love spending time outdoors. They can be found skiing, camping or backpacking most weekends.
