Jacob Santiago was born and raised in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, IL. He attended college at various schools earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Elmhurst College, an MBA from Maryville University St. Louis, a Masters of Arts in Theology from Loyola University Chicago, and an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies from Community College of the Air Force. He is also a veteran having served in the Air Force on active duty from 2013-2017 and is currently in Air Force Reserves since 2017 and comes with a long list of awards to his name. The Federal Savings Bank is proud to have Jacob and excited to see his mortgage lending career continue to take off.
Jacob comes with valuable sales, management, and leadership experience prior to becoming a loan originator. He has served as a pastor in the Chicago metropolitan area for several years and has been in the financial industry since 2018. He places great value in integrity, service, and excellence and is committed to being a great communicator in helping borrowers achieve their financial goals. His dedication to helping people and serving his community is a real testament to his success in mortgage lending, and he prides himself in ensuring his clients receive superior guidance as they pursue buying their dream home.
Jacob currently lives in the Bucktown neighborhood in Chicago and enjoys trying new restaurants and rooftops in the area. He enjoys traveling and is fascinated by ancient texts and philosophy, and even plays 7 different instruments. When he’s not busy working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and likes to stay active with working out and playing sports.
