Jack Amberg has been a mortgage banker with The Federal Savings bank for 5 years. During these short 5 years, he has risen from rookie of the year in 2012 to Senior Vice President and top 5% producer of bankers nationwide, because he closes loans.
Jack graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership. He spent 26 years in the US Army serving this great nation. His experience, work ethic and constant desire to learn, helps him provide a seamless mortgage experience to his clients. Jack is a certified VA loan specialist and continually works with his processors, underwriters, and closers to provide top notch customer service. Jack is also able to help borrowers in all 50 states with every residential loan product available. He sees his work helping clients achieve their dream of home ownership as an extension of his service to the nation. Jack’s philosophy as a banker can be summed up in three points:
1. Close the loan as quickly and smoothly as possible, Mission Focus
2. Serving borrowers and all parties involved in the transaction
3. Honored and humbled to be a part of the largest purchase that 99% of us make in our lives.
Outside of work, Jack remains passionate about helping Veterans. He meets with city, county and state officials on behalf of Veterans to ensure he is up to date on the best way to serve vets as they pursue the dream of homeownership as well as advising them on policy that empowers and benefits Veterans. He is an active member of the American Legion, American Legion Riders, Disabled American Veterans and The Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Jack is serves his community and continues to assist Veterans transitioning to civilian life. Jack serves as a military spokesman for The Morning Show on WGN, First Business on WCIU and was selected by The Federal Savings Bank to speak on WGN to kick off Military Monday’s on the Bill and Wendy show in partnership with WGN radio. He has also appeared on WLS, WIND and Beyond the Beltway with Bruce Dumont a number of times. He serves as the Chairman of the Transportation Advisory Board in Naperville, Illinois.
