Isaac Garduno is a Chicago native and started his banking career in 2012 working at a community bank in Chicago’s vibrant Wicker Park, Lincoln Square, and Humboldt Park neighborhoods. Quickly Isaac began making connections with local businesses and distinguished members of the community. Isaac has kept these connections throughout his career maintaining a level of mutual respect and trust. Isaac has an extensive resume working in virtually all facets of banking from entry level to leadership roles. Isaac has had the unique privilege of working with clients opening their first bank account, as well as those closing on their first home. As an assistant, Isaac began reaching out to clients in several different states, making connections and providing them with the highest level of service no matter where the client was located. As an assistant, he used his extensive knowledge of mortgage operations and dedication to his clients to help his colleagues’ volume grow by as much as 150%. Isaac’s help earned them several awards for being top producers in their industry.
After many years cultivating his craft, Isaac made the decision to become a mortgage banker. Due to his extensive relationships, both local and afar, and his ability to be fluent in Spanish, Isaac has had the opportunity to work with clients from numerous economic backgrounds. He truly believes in finding the right program and service to fit his clients’ individual needs, not just selling a product. In order to better serve his clients, Isaac is well versed in several different programs such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo. Isaac takes great pride in taking the lead with his client’s loans from finding the perfect program to processing the loan through closing, Isaac is there to make sure the process is flawless.
Outside of work, Isaac likes to help his kids with their extracurricular activities such as girls’ softball, football, baseball, and academics. He enjoys fishing, spending time with his family and date nights with his wife in the city.
