Fulvio Chaljub has been a Long Island resident for over 13 years. He graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with a degree in business management. He then began a career in sales and purchasing, facilitating numerous successful contract negotiations. Fulvio also obtained certifications in marketing and management, increasing his ability to identify the most efficient ways to utilize a budget. Overall, Fulvio has experience in establishing expectations and coordinating initiatives that deliver results.

His sales experience enables him to communicate and understand the financial goals of each of his clients. Fulvio knows the importance of communication and makes sure that his clients know what to expect, making the loan process as seamless as possible. He speaks both Spanish and English, giving him the ability to help many homebuyers. With his knowledge of the available programs and excellent customer service, Fulvio ensures his clients receive superior guidance while pursuing the dream of homeownership.

Outside of work, Fulvio enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He is also a big fan of New York sports including the Knicks, Giants, & Yankees. He’s an avid MotoGP fan as well. In his free time, Fulvio likes to spend time outside playing basketball or off-roading ATVs.
