Erica Harmon graduated from Excelsior College with a degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Political Studies. After graduating, she spent several years as an elementary and high school teacher. After marrying her husband, Major Chad D. Harmon, she taught in various states while following and supporting her husband’s Marine Corps career. During this journey, Erica saw the need for professional bilinguals in education and other industries, and decided to pursue her Master’s degree in Spanish Education from Nova Southeastern University. This unique skill set allowed her to venture into other job markets including Property Management, Sales, and purchasing Investment Housing. In 2017, Erica experienced a less than satisfying closing on her investment home and felt driven to pursue a career in the Mortgage industry to ensure others would always have a satisfying experience in lending.

Erica joins The Federal Savings Bank as a member of our Spousal Patriot Division. Having completed the mortgage process numerous times, she knows and understands that each of situation is different, and works hard to help identify her client’s immediate and long term financial goals. Erica relies on this knowledge and strong attention to detail to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and thrives on helping her clients achieve their dream of homeownership. Erica knows the importance of a seamless loan process and strives to provide that to all her clients.

Outside of work, Erica keeps busy with volunteering at her sons’ school and mentoring in the big sister program. In her free time, she enjoys engaging in her local book club, vacationing with family, and going on movie dates with her husband.
