Mortgage Banker

  • VA Loan Specialist
Ed Moseley attended West Virginia University from 1977 to 1981. After that, he entered the workforce as a commercial lines insurance underwriter in property and casualty insurance. He then segued into the commercial real estate industry, representing large insurers and pension fund clients as an advisor at a boutique firm. While with this firm, he completed an array of tasks including underwiring, negotiating and closing potential loans. From there Ed transitioned to form an advisory group in Washington D.C. where he helped grow the team from 3 to 53 in 18 months. He’s now building his reputation as a talented and reliable mortgage banker.

With over 30 years in the business, Ed has been involved in practically all aspects of the real estate industry. By having a background in the building of both residential and commercial properties, he has extensive knowledge about the development process. He has also owned an extensive portfolio of rental properties himself, and managed the family assets of rental properties, so he not only understands the needs of the individual homeowners seeking the best rates and products for their family, but also understands the needs of fix-n-flippers and rental portfolio investors. This background has given Ed a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances people face when making one of the largest financial decisions of their life.

Currently, Ed lives with his wife Helen and daughter Emily in the small beach town of Melbourne Beach, Florida. He also has three grown children as well as four beautiful grandchildren, all of whom live in Florida. Ed enjoys golf, tennis, and camping with his family.
