Donnie Soard began his professional career in the U.S. Army as a Mental Health Counselor and a Combat Medic. He is very proud to have served his country and believes that his Military experience has helped to define and mold him into person he has become.
Donnie began his mortgage career over 17 years ago and is dedicated to internet lending Nationwide. He is an expert in VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs. His lending philosophy is simple – treat every single client with honesty and respect every single time. Basically, treat everyone the way he would want to be treated. Donnie ensures that he is there for his clients throughout the entire process and makes every attempt to be available whenever they need him – actions speak louder than words. There is no greater satisfaction or compliment in this business than to have a client refer their family, friends, and co-workers because they were taken great care of them. He prides himself on giving the top-notch level of service that he grew up with, something that is unfortunately lacking in today’s internet environment.
Donnie was raised in a small town in West Central Missouri where he learned to hunt and fish. He is a single dad and is raising two amazing teenage daughters that live with him most of the time. They enjoy spending time playing softball, being at the lake or in the woods when they can. He is a huge fan of the Kansas City Royals and the reigning Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs.
