Denisse Bird graduated from the prestigious Smith Business School at the University of Maryland with a double degree in International Business and Finance. This led to her career in financial services and real estate. After college, she started working in a large multinational organization in the finance department. During this time, she developed a love for real estate; a love that initially began due to her family’s career in multinational real estate and investment.
After moving to Nashville, TN, Denisse wanted to pursue real estate full time, and because of her hard work and dedication, she finished in the top 5% of all real estate agents in just her first year and was recognized for the Nashville SOAR Awards-Top Agents list. With her real estate experience, she decided she wanted to help homeowners with the financial side of the real estate transaction. Since being in the mortgage industry, she has helped homeowners with their financial goals and putting them into homes. With her many years in the industry and hundreds of families helped, she understands what it takes to assist each and every homeowner with their unique circumstances. Denisse also has a passion for making sure each client receives the highest level of customer service.
Denisse lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two dogs. Her family is active in the community, and they love traveling to new places and meeting new people. She also loves working out. Most weekends she can be found exploring the city or the great outdoors.
