Da’Shawn Murphy (commonly known as Murphy) grew up and currently still resides in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Communication. During his time as a college student, he also worked as a property manager and in consumer relations for both a short-term rental property and long-term rental property. He also has been in financing for the past three years in the tax and accounting business working with numerous taxpayers, including self-employed business owners.
Murphy’s goal is to work diligently for his clients. He begins with understanding what his clients’ goals are to ensure he is creating a loan that would best fit their personal as well as family aspirations. He aims to educate his clients on what types of loans are available for them and the loans that will meet their overall needs. What sets Murphy aside from other bankers is his capability to communicate with his clients through the entire loan process to ensure that they are up to date on any changes to help things run smoothly. Murphy makes it a priority to be accessible to answer any concerns or questions throughout the loan process. From first-time homeowners to seasoned investors, Murphy can help navigate your loan process.
Outside of work, Murphy keeps himself busy by being a recruiter and coordinator for his grandmother’s small tax and accounting business to help bring in young talent and help for her, as well as experience to the students. As a real estate investor, he also enjoys looking at houses to decide where he’s going to purchase his next investment property. In his free time, he enjoys training people who would like to get back in shape, indoor rock wall climbing, roller skating, and working on cars.
