Darin Dwyer attended the University of Northern Iowa business school and quickly knew was destined for a position in the financial industry. In 1998 he moved from his hometown in Iowa to Denver, Colorado where he began his career in the mortgage industry. He started off his career on the Mortgage Broker side of the industry, quickly rising to the level of owning his own Mortgage Brokerage Company. In 2012 Darin moved to the Mortgage Banker side where he has continued to build experience and skills.
Darin comes to The Federal Savings Bank as an experienced and trusted Mortgage Banker with over 24 years in the mortgage industry. He joined TFSB to expand his lending market to all 50 states where he continues to work tirelessly to find each client the program that best meets their unique needs. Darin understands how to identify a mortgage program perfect for each unique client. He has experience in the entire mortgage process from his multiple positions over the years and is committed to providing the highest level of service and professionalism. After 20 years in Denver, Colorado, Darin now resides at The Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri with his family. He enjoys traveling, boating, fishing and spending quality time with his family.
