Dan Lionetta started his career in the Boston real estate market while attending Northeastern University. After working in the real estate industry, he made a career move to mortgage lending industry with the goal of helping families realize their dreams of home ownership. Dan’s extensive career has included building and managing some of the top loan origination teams in New England.

With more than 28 years of mortgage lending experience, Dan has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. He prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long term goals, and finds the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped hundreds of clients, Dan understands how confusing the home buying process can be and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Because of his extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills and steadfast commitment to customer service, Dan ensures his borrowers receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.

Dan resides in Woburn, Massachusetts with his wife Irene. They are active parishioners at St. Cecilia’s Parish, in Boston's Back Bay. Dan and Irene are avid marathoner runners and boaters. Many mornings they and can found running along Boston’s beautiful Charles River.
