Damien Payne attended Kent State University where he studied Communications and minored in Marketing. While engaged in his studies, Damien felt the need to serve his country and enlisted in the US Army. Upon separation from the military, Damien began his extensive career in financial services, which ultimately led him to his passion – mortgage lending. Damien prides himself upon providing an excellent customer experience with a dedicated plan of action to achieve his borrower’s ambitions!

With over 5 years of lending and financial services experience, Damien has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Damien takes pride in his unique understanding of his client’s goals – both short and long term – while finding the solution that best fits his borrower’s aspirations. Having assisted hundreds of clients has allowed Damien to truly understand the ins and outs of the home loan process – hence his dedication to making sure that his borrowers are able to navigate the home loan process in an organized and efficient manner. Damien resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife of 6 years and his three children. His family is very active within youth sports in their community. A fanatic Ohio State supporter, you can find Damien catching up on all professional sports or spending time with his family and friends enjoying the scenic sites of hiking.
