Craig Bland graduated from East Carolina University with his Master’s in Business Administration and BSBA in Management Information systems. After obtaining his degrees, Craig began his extensive career in mortgage lending, human capital, and financial services. Craig has lived in NC his entire life and has been helping home buyers and real estate agents pursue the dream of homeownership for years.
With over 10 years of mortgage lending experience and almost 20 years in financial services, Craig has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Craig prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals and find the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped hundreds of clients, he understands how confusing the home buying process can be and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Craig currently resides in Clayton, NC with his wife of 15 years, Megan, his two boys, Kyson and Kyler, and their 2 dogs. His family is active in their church and the community. Craig has a love for sports, especially the UNC Tarheels, ECU Pirates, Carolina Panthers, and Chicago Cubbies. He also a commitment to good health and can be found working out in his gym, walking the faithful family dog, enjoying time with friends, and/or watching his 2 boys play soccer and basketball.
