Prior to graduation, Connor was selected for the demanding United States Navy SEAL program. He attended Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Officer selection, before ultimately suffering a severe knee injury that ended his training. Following graduation, Connor was commissioned an Ensign in the Navy and served as an Aviation Officer in Pensacola, FL. In his final duty assignment, he served as the Assistant Operations Officer for the Helicopter Instructor Training Unit (HITU) at Naval Air Station Whiting Field. Connor’s discipline and attention to detail mindset provided a smooth transition to mortgage lending at The Federal Savings Bank.
Connor continues his passion for serving others by providing his clients exemplary service for their mortgage lending needs. Capable of lending on Primary Residence, 2nd Vacation Homes, and Investment Properties in all 50 states, he is focused on serving his fellow veterans with any mortgage need. Additionally, Connor’s passion and experience extend to working with first time home buyers and move-up home buyers to help them optimize their mortgage as part of their comprehensive financial plan.
Coming from a military background and with experience in operations, Connor understands the intricacies and logistics of the mortgage process, from origination to close. Securing the “American Dream” and acquiring a home is the largest financial investment most Americans make. Connor is driven to ensure this purchase is handled in an organized and efficient manner. As the circumstances, goals, and ambitions of no two borrowers are the same, Connor focuses on tailoring mortgage solutions to each individual applicant. He measures his success not just in the closing of a loan, but also in the cultivation of positive, long-term relationships with his clients and a lifetime of referrals.
Connor lives in Chicago, and continues to play rugby in the area. He also enjoys traveling both domestically and abroad and has spent time in numerous areas of North and East Africa, the Middle East, and East Asia.
