Chris Ratchko is originally from Northeast Ohio. Chris has over 5 years of experience working with VA and Conventional loans. He also has plenty of experience in face-to-face sales. That experience coupled with his extreme dedication to go above and beyond for his clients is what makes him such a great loan officer.
Chris understands that each person is completely unique, as well as their financial situation and goals, which is why he takes the necessary time to get to know each one of his clients. This allows him to better guide them in the right direction to a loan product that makes the most sense for them. Chris also prides himself on treating his clients like family. He knows how big of an investment his clients are making, so he makes sure to give all of them the respect that they deserve.
Chris currently resides near Cleveland, Ohio, with his fiancée. They enjoy traveling together, especially to Amish country. As a former carpenter, Chris enjoys the smell of fresh cut cherrywood and visiting various cabinet shops. Chris also enjoys reading and watching movies as much as he can.
