He is the author of “The House Hustle”, a home buying guide for African-American entrepreneurs. Building on his experience of closing numerous loans for entrepreneurs over the years, he has developed unique skills to help entrepreneurs overcome the hurdles that often get in the way of qualifying for mortgages.
As a practitioner in Brooklyn, NY and the greater New York City area, he specializes in the financing of 2-4 unit family homes. This special class of property can sometimes be daunting to both purchase and refinance.
