B.J. Boyce graduated from Southern Utah University with Bachelor’s Degrees in both Broadcasting & Interpersonal Communications. After graduating, B.J. worked as a Sports Broadcasting Intern for a local station before moving on to becoming a Graduate Assistant Sports Information Director during his time he spent earning his Master’s degree. After college, B.J. moved back to his hometown of Las Vegas where he began his career in sales as a Sales Rep and a Sales Manager. Family eventually became a top priority for B.J., and he ended up becoming a stay-at-home father for about 7 years before deciding to follow in his father’s footsteps in the real estate market. He became a Mortgage Banker, and the rest is history!
Mr. Boyce has almost four years of mortgage lending now. He has utilized his broadcasting background, interpersonal communications experience, competitive spirit, and people skills to find success at every bank/lender he has been with. Mr. Boyce is known to be customer focused and extremely persistent. As a former licensed real estate agent, along with his extensive knowledge of lending guidelines, B.J. offers a comprehensive understanding of the entire home buying process, including the ability to pair a borrower with a qualified & respected local real estate agent in their local area, thanks to the personal referrals of realtors he’s partnered with over the course of his career.
B.J. resides in Henderson, Nevada, with his four boys (ages 14, 13, 12, 12). He has three hairless cats (Bambino, Sphynx, & Dwelf). B.J. was also a finalist for the Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Football Hall of Fame back in 2018.
