Bill Scatena graduated from Purdue University with a Degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance. After obtaining his degree, he began his career in the residential mortgage lender industry. While living in Chicago, he spent several years as a loan officer and branch manager helping home owners with purchase and refinance loans.
With more than 12 years of mortgage lending experience, Bill has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Bill prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long term goals. Having helped thousands of clients, he understands that no borrowers are in the same situation, and works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized manner. Due to his extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills and steadfast commitment to customer service, Bill ensure all of his clients receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.
Bill resides in Chicago with his wife and son. He is active in his community and loves to participate in outdoor activities. Bill prides himself on living a healthy life style and most days can be found running around the city.
