Barry P. Korn is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 30 years of direct lending and consulting experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from City College of New York and a Master’s degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. Barry was the founder of an independent finance and consulting company, which owned and managed in excess of $150 million of real estate, equipment and vehicle leases; serving small, middle market and Fortune 500 companies and real estate entities. He also served 5 years as a Vice President and Board Member of the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Barry also is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, and is a recognized expert in the financial services field. Reflecting his expertise, he is regularly interviewed by major media publications.

Barry is recognized as a leader in the co-op and condo space and serves on the Board of the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums (CNYC). And, he has served as President of his 200-unit Condo for the past 10 years. Part of what drew him to The Federal Savings Bank are the strong co-op and condo lending platforms that he is able to offer his clients. These programs allow him to maximize his ability to assist co-ops and condos with their financing needs. Clients come to Barry to determine the best financing option to meet their immediate and long term financial goals. He utilizes his expertise to execute a smoothing mortgage transaction from the funding and afterwards.

A resident of Manhattan, when away from the office, Barry takes advantage of its cultural offerings, particularly its museums and theaters. He plays tennis regularly and arranges to see his 7 grandchildren as often as possible.
