Ana Tapia is a native of Ecuador who migrated to the United States 30 years ago. Prior to leaving Ecuador, she received her degree in an Accounting. Ana started her new life in Chicago where she faced several challenges adapting to new customs, learning a different language and a completely different society. Despite those challenges, she was able to concentrate and focus on her personal and professional goals. Ana attended Truman College where she received her ESL (English Second Language) certificate. She soon was introduced into the Real Estate Industry, where she quickly excelled. Ana started as a Realtor in 1994, become a Broker in 1996, and shortly after opened her own Real Estate company with over 15 agents. She has received many awards and accolades throughout her career including being recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors in consecutive years, as one of the Top Producers and by the Ecuadorian community in Chicago, where she was featured on the front-page newspaper as one of the most successful, Hispanic, entrepreneurs. In 2010, Ana made a huge decision to relocate to Florida where she now works full time as a Mortgage Banker.

Ana’s passion is to help her clients achieve the dream of homeownership. Her extensive experience in real estate gives her a unique and in depth understanding of the mortgage industry. Ana understands that each of her clients are different and works hard to help identify their immediate and long term financial goals. She relies on this knowledge and her strong attention to detail to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. Because of her extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills and commitment to excellence, Ana ensures her clients receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys time with her family and traveling across the world. In her free time, she greatly enjoys reading a good book and poetry.
