Before joining the mortgage industry, Jaylen excelled in competitive and team-driven environments that demanded focus, accountability, and resilience traits strengthened during his time as a Division I football player. Those experiences gave him the discipline and work ethic to perform under pressure while always putting clients’ needs first. He believes that homeownership is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make and is committed to making that process clear and empowering for each borrower.
Outside of banking, Jaylen enjoys fitness, mentoring others, and spending time with family and friends. He’s passionate about personal growth, community involvement, and motivating others to push toward their goals both in life and in finance.
