Boyd Uselton attended Saint Petersburg Jr. College and the University of Southern Florida in Tampa, Florida. After receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Navy, Boyd began his career in lending and financial services in Indiana. Boyd has spent several years as a loan officer, branch manager, and retirement programs adviser for purchases and refinances of all types of real estate. Boyd has built a career on being a talented, reliable mortgage banker.

Since 2010 Boyd has primarily done Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM). He has the knowledge and expertise to help every borrower get the guidance and attention needed to put themselves, and their family, in the best position financially. Boyd understands that mortgage lending can be a confusing process, but because of his extensive knowledge of available programs and his problem-solving skills, borrowers get the best choices available.

Boyd has two children and two grandchildren, both a boy and a girl. He loves walking, so most mornings you can find him walking the 2 miles around the lake located in his community.
